Service Description

Top Tier Baking provides custom baking services including wedding cakes, birthday cakes, artisan breads, pastries, and corporate catering. All products are made to order and require advance notice.

Orders and Payment

Custom orders require a deposit and signed agreement. Final payment is due upon delivery or pickup. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery/pickup date for a partial refund. Custom cake orders require 72 hours notice for cancellation. Deposits are non-refundable within 24 hours of delivery date.

Delivery and Pickup

Delivery is available within our service area for an additional fee. Pickup times must be scheduled in advance. We are not responsible for products after delivery or pickup.

Limitation of Liability

Top Tier Baking liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
